Terms and Conditions of Stay for Visitors

Your Booking:

It is your responsibility to ensure your booking details are correct, as it may not be possible to rectify any errors at a later date. Please ensure that any special requests are made clear at the time of booking and noted on your confirmation receipt.

We reserve the right to make unavoidable changes to your booking due to circumstances beyond our control such as changing the pitch or caravan.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any booking or evict visitors due to unreasonable behaviour (either past or present).

We do not accept bookings from or allow anyone to stay on the Park who is listed on the Violent And Sex Offenders Register (or any register which supersedes this). By making a Booking you are confirming that no one in your party is on this or any equivalent register.

Dogs

A maximum of 2 dogs or pets are permitted with each booking unless agreed in advance with the park. Dogs must be kept on leads and exercised off the park or in the designated dog exercise area. Under no circumstances can animals be left in caravans during their owners’ absence during the day or night.

Personal Property

We cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, or loss or damage to personal property, including vehicles.

Children and Teenagers

Children can enjoy their freedom at Andrewshayes Holiday Park, however the following rules will be enforced:

 – Parents are responsible to pay for any damage caused by their children anywhere on the Park.

 – Children and teenagers are not allowed to play or gather in the toilet blocks.

 – Children must adhere to the speed limit when using bikes or scooters and not cause a nuisance to other guests or the park’s staff. We reserve the right to confiscate bikes and scooters if we believe they are being used dangerously.

 – Non-swimmers and children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the vicinity of the swimming pool and all rules and regulations must be observed.

 – Children under the age of 10 must be supervised in the playpark. The park will close at dusk and children must be in the care of parents or guardians by 9.30 pm.

 – No children are allowed in the bar area without a parent or guardian.

General Rules

Holidaymakers are asked to observe the speed limit of 10 mph whilst on the park, in the interests of safety.

Out of respect of all holidaymakers, excessive noise and revelry after 10:30pm is not permitted and hot tubs are not to be used after 10.30pm.

Smoking policy: all accommodation and public areas are non-smoking including the swimming pool..

Clothes lines, except the hook on window type, are not permitted. Laundry and drying facilities are provided.

For safety and privacy reasons, drones are not allowed to be flown over the Holiday Park.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with any aspect of your holiday, please in the first instance talk to us straight away. If issues are not brought to the attention of the park during your stay we will be unable to offer any compensation once you have returned home. Static Holiday Caravan Self Catering Caravan Reservations:

All caravans are offered for hire subject to being vacant on receipt of deposit. The balance of the hire fee must be paid 10 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Reservations for holidays commencing within ten weeks require full payment by credit or debit card. 

Cancellation of holidays: We strongly advise purchasing suitable holiday insurance. Refunds are offered on a pro-rata basis as follows:

Number of days before the start date of your trip that we receive your notice to cancel (or on which you are deemed to have cancelled) and the Cancellation charge

More than 70 days Full standard deposit
57 to 70 days 50% of total accommodation cost
43 to 56 days 60% of total accommodation cost
29 to 42 days 75% of total accommodation cost
8 to 28 days 90% of total accommodation cost
7 days or less 95% of total accommodation cost

If you wish to change dates we can accept changes up to 29 days advance of the booking and will transfer the booking, there will be an administration fee of £35.00

Check in and check out times will be confirmed on booking. With the exception of early and late season bookings when arrangements can be made to suit individual requirements. Standard check in is from 4pm, check out 9.30am.

Keys must be collected during normal office hours or no later than 7pm unless prior arrangements have been made. If keys are not collected on the agreed date of arrival, and no notification of change has been received by us, we reserve the right to re-let the caravan without refund.

The number of persons per caravan must not exceed the number of berths booked.

We reserve the right to make unavoidable changes to your booking due to circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any booking due to unreasonable behaviour from tenants. 

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under the age of 18 years. All male or all female groups of more than two persons will be accepted at the discretion of the management. A refundable deposit of not less than £100 might be required as a security during your stay.

Whilst every effort will be made to reserve caravans booked by telephone, if this is not possible and the caravan is let on receipt of a deposit, an alternative will be offered. If this is not acceptable the deposit will be refunded.

Where a caravan is found unsuitable after arrival at the park or any issues identified, this should be notified to the Reception immediately. No refunds against hire of caravans will be made after holidaymakers have returned home.

Any damage to caravans or loss/breakage of contents must be immediately notified to the office and paid for by occupants. We reserve the right to debit your credit card for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement for any breakages not notified to the office during your stay.

A maximum of 2 dogs or pets are permitted with each booking. Dogs are only permitted in specific caravans for an additional charge and must be included in the initial booking.

Touring & Camping holidays:

All pitches are offered for subject to being vacant on receipt of a deposit. A deposit of £10 per night per pitch is required to secure a reservation. Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

The balance of the pitch fee must be paid six weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Reservations for holidays commencing within six weeks require full payment by credit or debit card. Bookings for one night only must be paid for in advance. 

Cancellation of holidays: No refunds are given so we strongly advise purchasing suitable holiday insurance. Cancelled camping pitches for days not taken up once you have arrived at the park cannot be refunded.

Subject to availability,  touring and camping holidays may be amended at a charge of £35 per booking up to 14 days prior to your holiday start date.

We will endeavour to allocate specific pitches if requested but this cannot be guaranteed.

Subject to availability we maybe able to pitch friends or family together if requested in advance.

Extra persons other than those listed on the booking are not permitted unless agreed in advance with the park.

Pitches are available from 12pm and must be vacated by 10.30am on your day of departure. 

A late departure may be available outside of the high season at a cost of £15, please ask at reception.

Arrivals after 8pm must be agreed by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to park you in our holding area overnight for arrivals after 9.00pm. 

All touring caravans will be sited onto the allocated by a trained member of staff. All caravans must be insured.

Andrewshayes Ltd does not take responsibility for any damage caused to caravans, motorhomes or tents pitched on the park.

Respect your camping neighbours with quieted time after 10.30pm.

Holiday Home Competition 

Terms and Conditions of Entry – Free Prize Draw

This competition will run from March until 31st October 

1. To participate in this competition, users must book a stay in a static holiday caravan or lodge at Andrewshayes Holiday Park and provide an email address via the form provided at check in or the online form. Entries that do not fulfil the criteria will not be accepted.
2. There will be 1 winner who will be selected at random after the competition deadline who have fulfilled the criteria in 1) above. Entries made after this point will not be counted.
3. The draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) over 18 except for Andrewshayes Limited employees and families.
4. The prize consists of a voucher up to the value of £450 valid against a short break stay at Andrewshayes Holiday Park. If on the chosen date the booking cost is higher then the winner may add to the required amount.
5. If you are the lucky winner, you will need to provide your email address, contact phone number and home address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner. Further details will then be provided by Andrewshayes Ltd as to how you claim your prize.
6. The prize winner is bound by the park’s terms and conditions of booking. No additional costs or expenses are included in any prize. For example, the costs of transport to and from the attraction and food are not included.
7. A maximum of 1 entry per family will be accepted. In the event of more entries being received only 1 will be accepted.
8. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
10. The winner will be notified by email and will have 7 days to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.
11. The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
13. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with any third party or business without the individual’s prior consent.
14. The winner’s name can be obtained by sending an SAE and covering letter to: Andrewshayes Holiday Park, Dalwood, Axminster, Devon EX13 7DY after closure of the promotion.
15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. You are only providing your information to Andrewshayes Holiday Park. By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Instagram or Facebook from any claims.
16. The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.
17. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward. E.g.: be photographed for website or social media and / or provide a short statement about their win.
18. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
19. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
