Our General Terms and Conditions of Booking ~ Holiday Home Rentals
Telephone bookings are only accepted if a deposit is paid by credit or debit card. A deposit of £50 per holiday home per week or short break is required to reserve your accommodation. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance of the hire fee must be paid three weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Payment will be required in full by debit or credit card on reservations for holidays commencing within three weeks of booking.
No refunds are given so we strongly advise taking advantage of Holiday Cancellation Insurance cover. Details will be sent with your confirmation of booking.
We reserve the right to make unavoidable changes to your booking due to circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to allocate specific holiday homes if requested but this cannot be guaranteed.
It is your responsibility to ensure your booking details are correct, as it may not be possible to rectify any errors at a later date. Please ensure any special requests are made clear at the time of booking and noted on the confirmation receipt. Extra persons other than those listed on booking are not permitted unless agreed in advance with the park.
Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under the age of 21 years. All male or all female groups of more than three persons will be accepted at the discretion of the management. A refundable deposit of not less than £100 may be required as a security during your stay.
Bookings for holiday homes commence at 3pm and terminate at 10am.

Telephone bookings are only accepted if a deposit is paid by credit or debit card. Bookings for one night only must be paid for in advance. A deposit of £7 per night per pitch is required to reserve your pitch. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance of the hire fee must be paid three weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Payment will be required in full by debit or credit card on reservations for holidays commencing within three weeks of booking. Please note we do not accept caravans on touring pitches that are not insured.

Pitches are available from 12pm and must be vacated by 10.30am on your day of departure. A late departure may be available outside of the high season at a cost of £10, please ask at reception. We reserve the right to turn away pitch arrivals after 9.30pm unless by prior arrangement.
