The Orchard Retreat is a development of exclusive holiday lodge style homes overlooking the rolling hills of East Devon.
These beautiful modern homes holiday are 14ft wide and offer a spacious living area with a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and open plan lounge/dining area.
The Orchard Retreat units have a WiFi connection, usb charging points, sound bar connection and smart TV.
Three bedroom models have one double and two twin bedrooms.
Double glazed and centrally heated with an electric fire.
Relax on the premium large balcony with garden furniture to enjoy the countryside views.
Enjoy the excellent facilities in the main park including the indoor swimming pool, café, bar and children’s play areas.
Cots and High chairs for hire £10.00 per week each.
Dogs only allowed in specific dog friendly units.
Weekly Friday to Friday bookings or short breaks available.

Our Onsite Facilities
Heated Covered Pool
Our large swimming pool is covered by an amazing retractable enclosure. This means you can enjoy the pool from April until the end of October regardless of what the weather may be doing. Free use to all our guests.
Free Parking
We offer free parking to our guests to help with access to your holiday home. Making it easy to unload your shopping or beach items.
Bar & Restaurant
You can enjoy a quiet evening drink and an evening meal in our friendly Bar and Restaurant, which is open Friday and Saturday nights throughout the season and daily in the school summer holidays.
Games & Toddler Play Room
Our Games Room facility is well received by all ages. This is situated next to our reception for indoor play, there are various video machines, air hockey and a pool table for the older children. In the same building as the Games Room, there is a separate small soft play room to help keep the little ones happy
Shop & Information Room
Our reception doubles as a small shop selling self-catering essentials as well as ice-creams, sweets, postcards. Our information room has all details you might need to explore Devon, Dorset and Somerset.
Woodland Walk
Ask in reception about our lovely private woodland walk – this beautiful area of deciduous trees and native shrubs earned us a Special Distinction from the David Bellamy Scheme.
Park Wifi
There is a WiFi service available on the park hosted by Club WiFi. There is a charge to access the service which can be done online.
Outdoor Play Area
Outside for the younger children there is an enclosed adventure play park, shaded by a mature oak tree and with a safe bark surface there are swings, a playhouse with a slide and a climbing frame.
Dog Friendly
We welcome well-behaved dogs at Andrewshayes and provide a large field for exercising. Opposite the park entrance, there is another field with a walk to our private woodland area.
