We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any booking due to unreasonable behaviour from tenants.

Whilst every effort will be made to reserve caravans booked by telephone, if this is not possible and the caravan is let on receipt of a deposit an alternative will be offered. If this is not acceptable the deposit will be refunded. Where a caravan is found unsuitable after arrival at the park, this should be notified to the Reception forthwith: No refunds against hire of caravans will be made after holidaymakers have returned home.
